2. The gear material of the reducer is 20CrMnMo after carburizing, quenching and grinding, the gear accuracy is 6, the gear hardness reaches HRC58-62, and the transmission noise is low.

3. The gear material of the distribution box is 42CrMo. After carburizing and quenching treatment by CNC gear hobbing machine, the gear precision is high, the gear hardness reaches HRC58-62, and the transmission noise is low.

4, the thrust bearing adopts ZHJ and DYZV domestic first-class brand bearings, and can also choose foreign SKF, FAG, NSK brands according to customer needs.

5, the gearbox box adopts HT250 material, the distribution box box adopts QT500 material, thick wall design, to ensure the high stability and smoothness of the host, the external design of the box is conducive to reducing noise, heat dissipation and lubrication of parts and subsequent maintenance.

6, the skeleton oil seal is made of Taiwan TTO brand, and the high and low speed shaft of the gear box adopts the form of double oil seal to completely eliminate the possibility of oil leakage.
